Verton Co was established in 1989 by three classmates ( Vejdan Talab, Norouzian and Rahman Mashhadi) in Tehran. The aim of the founders was to improve quality of education by means of advanced Technology Teaching Aids.

At the first step Verton Co. became an agent and distributor for 3B Scientific GmbH with its most accurate and sophisticated Medical Teaching Aids products. Later on Laerdal Medical AS from Norway, Koken Co. Ltd. from Japan, Adam, Rouilly Limited from England & Gaumard  Scientific from USA were added to its suppliers.

Simultaneously the company entered to Audio Visual Teaching Aids namely Overhead Projectors, projection Screens, Video Data Projectors and Later on Smart Boards and Educational Tablets from Denmark, Japan, USA and Taiwan.

Its current fields are surgical disposable and some other medical products from well-known companies on an exclusive basis and are marketing these products in all over Iran.

The company has high credit with MOH because of its good reputation over 25 years and also has faithful customers.
