Our Journey

For the past four years, we have been exploring life-enhancing therapies and life-changing practices that aid longevity-of-life, and, indeed, improve one’s well-being.

Beyond fresh air, exercise and nature we have spent time embracing art and creativity, which ultimately led us to the Italian region of Le Marche. Situated on the Adriatic coast, Le Marche is a region with timeless allure. Its picturesque hill-top, stone villages are rich in art and culture with an ambience that fully embraces that of the Renaissance.

Join us there to meet the locals who are continuing these crafts of old and practise yoga and musical instruments (both under supervision) – as you choose – whilst imbibing the local wines and sampling the fine Italian food including some regional, Marchegiano cuisine.
