Theresa Percival

Theresa Percival is an award-winning, results-orientated Trade Director within the Health-care Industry.   She worked for 13+ years in the UK’s leading Medical Device Industry Trade Association (where she project managed specific global markets) and, latterly, became the International Business Coordinator.

In her latter, coordinating role, she was responsible for the Association’s International award-winning and Trade Association finalist e-newswire.   In January 2010 she also achieved an outstanding achievement award from a Middle East health-care publication.

In May 2010 Theresa set up AmeeraHealth, a company promoting health-care practices and working on and contributing to international medical tenders.  In this capacity, she seeks to procure pharmaceutical/medical devices on behalf of distributors, mainly in the Gulf. She also consistently promotes training and supports well-woman and environmental causes globally.

As part of her well-woman remit, she is an associate of a Dubai-based, exclusively niche well-woman products/services distribution company.

Theresa studied Business Studies and Italian literature in Bournemouth and London, respectively.   She is a long-time member of the British Italian Society, and has, over the years, participated in health-care working groups and events with various market organisations.  In addition to British/Arabic bodies, these include the health-care working groups of the China-Britain Business Council (CBBC) and British Expertise International.
